This collection of videos I call “V.H.S.” started when I would try to make videos that would stand out from the usual pictures and content people would share with friends and family at the time. It gave me the nostalgic feeling of family videos and photographs I would see as a child. It was shown and told to me that being a cameraman for the family creates the opportunity of being a family historian; that opportunity gave me the responsibility of making a creative documentation of my perspective and experiences within my life.
